Drs. Carla van der Weerdt - Norder RA
Carla van der Weerdt is Chartered Accountant and has worked the past twenty years in various service organizations, the banking industry and a large IT organization. She has held several positions as CFO, COO, Risk & Compliance Manager and Audit Manager, at which she has gained much experience in Financial Management Control, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Due Diligences, Corporate Governance and Process optimalisation.

Drs. Frank van Egeraat RC
Frank van Egeraat is Chartered Controller (RC) and has over 15 years experience in financial management, risk management, audit / accounting and consultancy. He has experience in positions as CFO-2-Share for SME customers and Business Unit Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a large international bank. Within Accent & Finance Accountancy is Frank responsible for advising our clients in the areas of financial control, accounting and risk management.

Hans Bruggink RA
Hans Bruggink is Chartered Accountant, has over 40 years experience and has several CFO and other management positions in service organizations, transportation companies (including a major airline and bus company), in ICT and Real Estate organizations. He has gathered extensive experience in Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Controlling & Management Reporting, IFRS Reporting and Due Diligences.

Drs. Marjan Houweling-Westphal
Marjan Houweling has a managerial background and 10 years experience in the (financial) services sector in the field of human resources, operational risk and process management and (business) controlling. Where finding a good balance between return, risk and efficiency always played a major role.

Yvonne Kruis RA
Yvonne Kruis has worked for the Dutch government, an international financial institution and in the business service industry. She has held various management roles within the audit and the IT area. Furthermore, she enjoys extensive experience as project manager on complex projects, her portfolio includes both IT and organization specific projects, with a focus on change and improvement processes.

Mr. Gerard Plomp
Gerard Plomp has worked for Royal Ahold from 1989 until 2005 as legal counsel and VP Tax. As an in-house tax advisor he was mainly engaged in fiscal aspects of mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, group financing and tax accounting issues. Since September 2005 he works as independent tax advisor and interim tax manager for various Dutch companies. As of January 1, 2008, he joined The Resource Tax Interim & Projects as partner. Gerard graduated civil law at the University of in Utrecht and tax law at the University of Amsterdam.

Mr. Klaas Riedhorst
Klaas Riedhorst commenced his career with KPMG as an international tax consultant in 1992. From 1998 until 2006 he was Tax Director at NV Nuon, one of the largest utilities in The Netherlands. He was responsible for the fiscal aspects of merger & acquisitions, restructurings and cross border leases. In 2006 he joined the energy- and utilities group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. As from 2008 Klaas is partner in The Resource Tax Interim & Projects. Klaas Riedhorst studied tax law at the Universities of Groningen and Leuven.
