Accent Finance & Accountancy Accounting supports the Controller with this challenge through coaching and training. Using coaching and training will help to grow the professionalism and knowledge of the controller and will give the organization better control over its financial management. The coaching takes place in different ways. We will contribute to the knowledge of the Controller, but in addition, we help where necessary, for example in the development of management reporting and cost allocation models. Our goal is to develop the controller into a professional partner of/in the management team.
